A new decade

The first week of the year and decade has been phenomenal - we lost a staff member that joined us in the summer of 2004 and brought on our first new staff member who came to us through our new recruitment plan. As the year ended, we were given our largest commercial opportunity as a result of the client seeing the bridgemycommunity.org website which seems to have validated our core values as it relates to business and giving back. On other fronts, my relationship with a long time business partner continues to be very trying as the two projects that we are a part of continue to experience challenges and we are not working in the same direction as my partner has two different agendas. I am hopeful that this will pass and I will be able to close a chapter in my life that has provided immense learning. I keep reminding myself that God uses all things to work together for His good. I am very excited about the next decade and believe God has put new people around me to help move through the coming years and towards His plan for my life. God is great.
