October 1st. Again. The fall is always an interesting time for me. I am not sure if I panic more because the end of the year is coming or because my birthday is coming and I am another year older. So it's been a week since we chatted and I am pleased to report that I have now shifted into sales mode. mlenow was successfully launched and even though I keep fixing bugs everyday I now need to spread the word. I am connecting with 3 mid size accounting firms to pitch our technology and am busy sending out marketing material to folks I know that could be good partnerships for us. We are running low on cash but I have been here a hundred times before over 15 years of running Bridge Capital. At our small scale it only takes 1 deal to float us for months. Mom and I continue to watch with great sadness our two friends' families get destroyed. Your mom is having an especially hard time - maybe because she is more emotional than I am. Nonetheless I would encourage you to seek God your whole life. He really is the only thing in this world that matters.
