This week has brought about some interesting challenges that I am sure God will use to produce a change in me and ultimately good in the long run. Two business ventures that I am apart of are now going down the road of legal proceedings to untangle what has become a huge mess. Over the past 4 months I have made some poor choices out of fear and pressure that in hindsight I should not have made but today believe that God will set my feet in a straight path and help me to overcome these obstacles. Through this time I am also learning first hand what faith means - acting with the expectation that God will provide instead of trying to think ahead of Him. I am learning about how deadly bad relationships can be and how I really do need to refer to His Word to get clarity and direction before making choices. Today I am prompted by James (5:15) "And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.". In this context I am not sick however I believe that the Lord will lift me higher than this circumstance and will help clean up whatever mess I may have made through my poor choices. I cannot imagine living this life without Christ. Lord let me bear witness of you and your mighty works.
