I don't know - does He?

Talk about God having great timing. I have been a serial entrepreneur for the past nine years pursuing everything I thought I was good at while having a casual and convenient relationship with God. The recent market changes have stripped me down to the core and God has rebuilt my life, reset my focus and has made sure that I know that He is real and that He has a plan for my life - all I have to is step towards him. In my pursuit of God one of the first obstacles I faced while at the one of the lowest points of my life was - how do I move forward in life without getting ahead of God? My life up to this year was driven by my will and wants and resulted in poor decisions and wasted opportunities. In rediscovering God I had difficulty understanding the concept of pursuing God's will and letting Him work in my life. For a few weeks I simply did nothing. I woke up everyday and waited for God to do His thing. He helped me to understand that it doesn't really work that way - I have to give God something to work with. So with that I began a new chapter in my life with God and have decided to share the ideas and things I am learning as I continue to pursue God's purpose for my life.
