Too much without focus

I am learning everyday that focus is one of the most important tools that you can carry around in your toolkit.  This month I have continued to shed away the things that are distracting me from focusing on all that God has given me.  I continue to think of the line mentioned by Rick Warren - "God only gives you just enough time to do His will".  On days that I feel like things are out of control I pray that God direct my efforts and help me to disassociate with anything not pleasing to Him and His plan for my life.  I am blessed to have good people around me to keep me focused but would like to expand my circle of Christian friends.  I am amazed that in all of these years I only joined a small group last year.  I couldn't imagine not spending time with God and others at least once a week.  Your mom and I have also begun studying the Bible together and are enjoying our early mornings. Don't be confused - this life is about God and not how many times you can spin your wheels in a single day.  Don't let a day go by without talking to God.
